Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel

Hotel location wise is great, we arrived in one coach bus expecting pre-registered approach since we’re guaranteed and pre-paid. With 40 pax there was only one front desk clerk that do the check in and 2 staff assistants. It took us hours at the lobby standing and waiting after our whole day traveling, the mess was just starting cause majority of the guests are seniors and some has disability. Never during the check-in process mentioned that one of the guests elevator servicing the other part of the building is not working at all! Complains here and there to all checked in guests is what you hear in the lobby including me. My wife could not and impossible to climb up to the 3rd floor because of her disability but non the less she tried it with shortness of breath! That building has a different structure having 2 crisscross stairs meaning 2 set of stairs to reach the 2st floor and same on the next floor. To deal with that situation I complained and asked them to relocate us and the lady clerk was on the process of moving us to the other side of the building that has elevator at the same time the other lady have the same complain like mine, the guy clerk helping her approached me if I can allow to just give the assigned room to the other complainant? Meaning it was assigned to me already by the other clerk! How embarrassing to have your guest to solve their problems. At the end they offered me the room one flight up. When a hotel rated 4 star you expect better room, better towels, nice beddings and drapes and interior settings. Have you seen towel rack almost on the ceiling? Mind you it’s. High celing, unbalanced wall frames hanged by 7 years old. Never again! The hotel just on the corner is way better according to google!

Loved my stay there. Staff was friendly, we were able to check bags early, helped with late check out. Beautiful location.

I had to extend my stay in London and checked in last minute based on reviews location. Understanding that an early check in was not possible, we expected to be able to drop our luggage at the hotel in order to take care of business without running around London with luggage. The hotel was not able to accommodate and in the end they offered us a room in -2 level with no windows and no discount. This of course was very nice from their side, but I have never been in a 4 star hotel where they don't offer luggage storage. Very expensive for what you get.

I have been to this hotel three times in nine months wife wife.The manger in charge Tina is a flawless professional who in my opinion is the best of the best as she really cares about the guests and always doing the right thing making sure you are happy here.The hotel is spotless and very spacious and comfortable to stay.If you want to be pampered stay here and you will be delighted ,we cannot say enough about how great the house cleaning staff is !!!Please try it here you definitely will not be disappointed this is a true and unsolicited review Tina is the Best manager there. Had an over night stay which was good enough. Location is brilliant for tube access and also within walking distance of most places.The room is basic but has everything you'd need. Sadly the water pressure is far from good in the shower and it's quite cramped.Breakfast was lovely.Overall a pretty decent and quiet hotel in a good location.

Very nice stay, clean and good rooms. The hotel is situated in a quiet side street with little traffic. We was recommended to go just 200 meters down the street to a Italian restaurant for breakfast. I did check the breakfast at the hotel and it was pretty poor. The breakfast at the italian restaurant/cafe was excellent.

Great location. Responsive and friendly front desk staff. Very comfortable rooms and bathroom. Just some very minor wear & tear.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, I noticed that despite setting the controller/thermometer to air-conditioning mode, the AC unit continuously blew out hot air. As a result, I had to delay my scheduled activities and remain in my room until a technician arrived to repair the AC unit.The toilet in my room did not flush properly. It required multiple flushes, around 3-4 times.The shower drainage did not drain properly, even after a brief 10-minute shower.I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with my experience at your hotel. These issues significantly impacted my stay, and it is evident that they do not align with the standard of service I expected from your establishment.I tried emailing the hotel twice to speak to someone but ZERO responses. I heard that people got hospitalized recently due to carbon monoxide leakage at the hotel recently. After traveling for years, this hotel was by far the worst!

This is a 2 star hotel at max, trying to be passed off as something it is not.Window was broken in bathroom, and the radiator did not work (neither did the actual flusher on the toilet). When alerting staff they handled it extremely poor. Staff insisted there was a control panel for temperature, it did not work.Staff could not promise us money back if we wanted to check out, or even a discount on the 1 night we have stayed. They also did not have any authority to make any decisions - and were afraid to communicate with their manager on a Sunday.Terrible hotel, terrible service - in a good location, but stay elsewhere. Even though this place is cheap it's not worth the hassle.P.S. There is a shisha lounge next to the lobby, so if you love the smell of cheap flavours tobacco, this place could be the place for you.
