Worst customer service iv experienced to date. Waiting on a call from manager all day regarding resolution to my phone repair, no call and when calling store now message saying store is now closed when It is open until 9pm. Spent 35mins in store in Tuesday to send phone away for repair, to be told come back Thursday as they didnt realise it was an esim and id is required. In store Thursday for an hr to be told sorry can't send away as its now asking for up front payment to send, when this was not the case on Tuesday. Disappointed in my experience and have given up with the inadequacy of store and manager..

My wife went into this store today and received shocking service from Leanne and Jason. Only interested in selling, noticed quite alot of reviews saying the same thing, been with EE since it was Orange. Booked in for a simple phone MOT refused to deal with her even though she had photo ID and access to the App which was stated online to bring. Was then directed to Apple even though we have the Lifetime Warranty package. Avoid this store at all costs.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The shop was busy,about a 25/30 min wait, and under staffed, as a staff member was speaking to management on the phone for a long period of time, taking one of the shop floor. it was mid afternoon and none of the staff had a lunch break. The staff were helpful and courteous, and gave good advice.

Was looking at getting a new phone. Uzzy was very helpful and attentive, going through all the options, and explained about possibly switching my tv and broadband package too.

Voted as the worst mobile company 2018 by Which?" magazine. This doesn't come as a surprise. Dreadful coverage. Last 6/8 weeks I've been having either no signal or no SIM messages on my phone

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
