I really can't fault my experience with Bupa. I recently underwent cosmetic treatment with Karim to straighten my teeth out and internally whiten my front tooth. He was so accommodating and went the extra mile to ensure my teeth looked nothing less than perfect! It's the best dental experience I've had and I'm really in love with my new smile. Everyone at Bupa is also so lovely and incredibly communicative. Highly recommend!

Mr Tim Bryant, Implant Surgeon, meticulous in his approach to implantation and procedure sterility- answered any questions, explained procedures (if asked) and responsive with any inter-treatment queries. Not a cheap procedure, but the above ensured a well placed feeling of confidence. Very happy with the result.

At the start of the year I decided to look into Invisalign as it seemed like a practical, discreet and relatively quick way to improve my smile. From my initial consultation Karim instantly put me at ease, and I had every confidence in him and his recommendations. He was clear and straight-forward when explaining all aspects of the treatment and I felt comfortable asking any questions. Through-out the process Karim and Elsie were so friendly and positive. The treatment itself, which took just under 4 months, was easy and pain free and I’m delighted with the final results. Thank you so much both! Highly recommended.

Have been seeing Karim for a couple of years now after seeing a google review, and he was the first dentist to offer a mouthguard which would actually protect my teeth without me chewing through it. Carries out beautiful dentistry and with me being a dental student he always takes the time to supply me with extra knowledge and advice.

Since I moved to Bristol, I have been registered with Bupa Dental. I have been extremely fortunate to be under the care of Aled. As someone who is quite a nervous patient, Aled has always had a great way of making me feel calm, reassured and in safe hands, even during a dreaded tooth extraction! So long as I'm under the expert care of Aled, I know I can't go wrong with my dental health. I have also had the pleasure of being cared for by Carly. She recently conducted my hygienist appointment and was so friendly and informative, more than happy to answer my questions and offer specialist advice during and after my procedure.Going to the dentist is never a fun affair, but both Aled and Carly make the experience so much better. Thank you very much for a very good root canal treatment conducted by Dr. Edwards. It was much better than I'd thought it would be. Dr. Edwards was very professional during the whole procedure, and I am feeling normal about the tooth the day after the treatment.

Best care I have ever received from a dentist. The whole staff felt very welcoming and not once did my anxiety increase as most places do. the dentist listened to me very carefully and performed a very thorough examination.Well worth the money and highly recommend!

Booked a stand alone hygenist appt online (as my regular dentist had a 6 month wait for a hygenist), good comms from the practice, appointment went smoothly.Happy to return should the need arise in the future
