DisappointedFirst boiler lasted 18 months they replaced it second one lasted Just over a year, even though swooped filters ever 4 months instead of 6 , they then wanted 250 for a new boiler so going elsewhere

HORRIFIC DO NOT USE. SENT THE WRONG TAPS, SPENT 25 MINS ON HOLD TO A FOREIGN CALL CENTRE. SHE QUESTIONED WHY I DIDN'T CHECK THEM UPON ARRIVAL. THEY WERE LEFT AT MY OFFICE. VERY UNHELPFUL AND NOW BECAUSE I UNWRAPPED IT ARE TRYING TO GET OUT OF REPLACING IT. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACK HERE WE COME! STAY AWAY

Hot water tap works largely fine and fairly happy with the purchase in the most. Installation was a bit problematic for me on to my granite worktop but I suspect that was just localised to me. The filters are a little on the expensive side (compared to other similar hot water tap systems), but it is easy enough to source another filter system and filter replacements.Customer service is awful - so if you have any problems, don't expect a quick resolution - if at all. The multi tap head switch button broke on mine and got stuck in spray mode within the warranty period so I emailed them on 15th Feb. On their website they state they will respond in 3 working days - their chat system is largely pointless - just points to some FAQs which puts you back to emailing them. They finally responded on 27th Feb and without quibble said they'd send a replacement head and it would arrive in 2 - 4 days - great I thought! On 15th March - no replacement head, no comms, no tracking number - so I emailed back asking what is going on. No reply to date - which has lead to me leaving this review on 20th March. Tap works great when it works, when it breaks you may be left with no support. your mileage may vary.

Thief's!I ordered 16days ago, they told me 2-4days delivery and I've still received nothing, they've not contacted me and my delivery tracking hasn't changed!Don't give these bandits your cash!

We are high end developers and we install about 10 of these each year. Fohen were early adopters of satin brass which suited us and we got fed up of the Quooker and Insinkerator prices (just for the name) so we have used Fohen for about 5 years now. We only once had a technical issue but it was resolved very quickly and easily. They have upgraded their ordering system (used to call me every time to confirm order as my delivery address was different to billing) and now it is straightforward. Lovely people if you call them and really great taps - would absolutely recommend.

Viewed spare parts on web site, tried to call to verify the correct part, on hold 40 mins, tried live chat (not live took over an hour to respond) confirming that the 35mm cartridge was correct for the dripping BOILING water tap. Ordered a cartridge and return spring, now arrived the cartridge is for the cold tap ! 54 mins on hold today, to be told I need the boiling water valve, not shown in spare parts, I will be sent an invoice to pay and wait another 3-5 days for delivery. They cannot confirm if they will accept the incorrect cartridge for return & credit, they will get back to me.Had a problem 2 years ago, customer service was exceptional, this time SHOCKING.Come on Fohen, where did it all go wrong ?

Zero customer support, don’t reply to emails and only operate phones 12-2 (unless they’re on their lunch break (genuinely this was an excuse we were given for not answering)). Whats the point in only having phone lines open for two hours a day if the operative is on their lunch break during this time? In terms of the product, paint has worn from tap handle after 9 months. Replacement filters now need a whole new assembly installing for the them to work, however they also supplied the wrong fittings so it can’t be installed. And as above, zero chance in getting in touch with them to sort. I very rarely leave feedback, but I feel so angry and let down by this company. (Oh and they also delete negative comments on their instagram posts), not a great way to communicate with disgruntled customers desperately trying to get in touch….
