This was our first visit as New Patients as I wanted a Local Vet & had heard good reviews from a couple of my Neighbours that use this practiceI am so glad we chose to go with you, the lovely young lady on Reception was very friendly & welcoming which helped me as I must admit I felt rather anxious as I have two Rescue dogs that were very nervousWe saw Didier and I would like to mention what a lovely Calm manner he had & he was brilliant with my Two Fur BabiesThank you to a lovely Team who even though you were short staffed gave fantastic customer serviceI feel confident and assured for the future using this practice

Our little girl had to go in on her own, she was absolutely happy and willing to go in. Have recommended this vet and will do so again.We have been using All Creatures at Chelsfield for many years with numerous pets.

Cannot thank the team at All Creatures enough, especially Didier.He took care of our wonderful Siam who lived to 21 years of age and always treated Siam with a huge amount of care and respect. We continue to visit All Creatures with our other cats and would highly recommend them to everyone.Thank you.

All the staff here are lovely and very caring towards our pets. They put you at ease in consultations and you know your pet is in good hands. We love both the Chelsfield and Locksbottom branch.
