The worst, don’t actually bother wasting your time here. You will go during business hours and online says it’s open but in actual fact the door is locked and there is no contact information to call anyone to ask for help. Waste of time.

Do not use this launderette. It is appalling. Machines are in a terrible state, mostly not working. I ended up with a huge amount of dirty dripping washing as the machine didn't wash or drain properly. Be warned

I believe there are two women working there: one of them is very sweet, often took care of switching my clothes from washer to drier, and barely asked anything in return. The other woman is not as friendly, and gives the impression that she would rather be elsewhere when you ask her questions.

Worst launderette in Oxford only 1 machine works and the rest steal your money.No way to contact anyone if something goes wrong and the machines are disgusting. Never cleaned full of old washing detergent and stagnant bleach water from old customers trying to use a broken machine.Only 1 setting on the machine: short, cold wash.Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star it’s a joke and blatant scam.

Tried to visit today and found it closed, shutter halfway down. No reason given as to why. Completely disrespectful to the public.

About 40% of the machines were not working. The one I used was pretty caked in old detergent, but despite all that, it did a reasonable job of cleaning. The dryer cost one pound for 10 minutes and dried our wash almost to iron dryness.

I went on a Sunday afternoon. There were no staff there. The machines only took old one pound coins. Half the washing machines were 'out of order' with little notices sellotaped over the part you put a coin in. Half the dryers were 'out of order'. The machines that were working were in need of a clean. There is a huge need for a launderette in this part of Oxford. It is a shame it is such a poor quality launderette.
