Fair too expensive and no longer a cheap place for electronic hobbyist to pick up a resistor or two. It all about sealing over priced cables or more expensive consumer electronics.

Staff are always helpful. I think the stock is over priced to be honest. Leads are 5 times the price as amazon. They pull the card of quality out. But the like for like on amazon is a ton cheaper. You can understand it to be a little more. But i only go here if im desperate for leads and connectors.

They are not really a electronic component supplier anymore. No expert staff, no cheap components. Might as well go to Currys. Maplin need to get back to its roots.
