Went in for a tea and roll with square sausage the service was quick and the server pleasant however i had to ask for a clean knife the 1 i had had butter on it the roll arrived and id be really surprised if it was even this weeks it certainly wasnt todays i left the most of it . Not a good way to have returning customers

Terrible service. Was told on arrival (45 minutes before closing) that we could have a quick coffee and cake but they would be mopping about us in a rude manner. People turned away 25 minutes before closing in a rude manner. Given the bill 25 minutes before closing (before we had even finished our coffee and cake) so they could close up the till. I felt rushed and unwanted. I was upset by all of this and do not plan to return.

Had a full breakfast and it was delicious and filling. Service was attentive without being overbearing and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Definitely recommend and will happily go back when in the area.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my friend. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Comfortable and warm atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Eight of us met here for breakfast and a chat. Service was excellent.I had full breakfast, latte coffee, and carrot cake, delicious. Reasonable prices and a nice varied menu.I will return another day to try some lunch.
