Absolutely fantastic, took my son to the autism friendly show on Saturday morning and no-one else turned up so we had the whole place for ourselves

I haven't visited this place in some time, even before covid. The staff are good at their job, but management don't care. Our movie finished 10 minutes before the end and a different movie ( the next one I wanted to go and watch ) started playing and showed me the last 10 minutes of that movie instead ( spoiling both movies ). Management told us sorry there is nothing we can do". They could have offered free tickets to a different movie

Movie House Cinema City Side Belfast
Went to see Oppenheimer on Saturday 29th July, 3.45 show.On arrival to the Cinema noticed a large queue downstairs for drinks and snacks. Proceeded upstairs at 3.30pm and a large queue at the upstairs Kiosk as well with 1 person serving and about over 10 people waiting. At 3.55 i left he queue as I still had 3 groups of people in front of me and gave up as i was worried about missing the movie as at the current pace was probably another 10 minutes at least to get served.Really not good enough, the member of staff was doing her best, but other staff walked past and no-one had the initiative to see that customers were waiting and getting annoyed and to jump into the Kiosk to start serving people. When you are charging people £4 for a medium coke then really service should be better.The VIP screen 3 itself was decent and the recliner seats get a 5* especially for a 3 hour movie, just a pity had to sit through it with no drink or snacks.Car parking at Cityside isn't great either, very busy and congested, although that is not really the Movie house fault but would be a decision against visiting again.

Movie House Cinema City Side Belfast
Been twice recently to the VIP seats at Movie House City Side. First to see Spider-Man and then Lion King. I was very impressed by the VIP seating, definitely better for me due to having fibromyalgia and a bad back. It made going to the cinema a much more pleasurable experience.My only concern would be that it got very cold both times - possibly because it wasn’t a packed room. Also at Lion King there were too many toddlers running around (x3 right beside us) 2hr film is not suitable for that age group so it ruined the experience for us with what should have been an epic movie. We were there with a 6 year old.It won’t put me off going again but I would like to see parents with small children reconsider whether or not it’s fair for other people who have paid to deal with your child running up and down the aisle, screaming and chattering and interrupting and disturbing other people while you do nothing :(

Love this cinema and it's reclining seats in the bigger screens wouldn't go anywhere else! Shout out to Paul that works there he's a top bloke and gives great customer service!

Enjoyed it ... went to see Paw Patrol... young one enjoyed the experience very much... friendly stuff... tasty popcorn... beautiful sound... clean and comfortable seats...
