Seasoned Pioneers & The Spice Pioneer

2 years ago I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease and had to change the way that I ate and had to be very careful that everything I bought was gluten free. I found Seasoned Pioneers online and have bought spices from them ever since. The quality and taste of their spices is above any other spices I have previously used. I have about 30 different spices now and love the taste of them all. They are packaged so well, they stay fresh for ages and even the colour of the spices are vibrant. I love this company they are really passionate about what they do and the quality of their products.

I ordered some of their spices after reading exceptional reviews. They were shipped immediately and received the next day. Unfortunately, the main product I was ordering was missing and instead a different gift set and simple error. I emailed that evening and got an apology by 09:10 the next morning asking for a photo of what had been delivered and by 10:30 I had received shipping confirmation for the correct product and a further apology email offering to let me keep the incorrectly packaged gift set.As I always say to my kids, it is not how you fall down/fail, but how you get back up again/recover. This is simply great customer service and many other bigger firms could learn a thing or two from Seasoned Pioneers.I huge thank you to your team and needless to say I will be recommending you to my firends and family.

I contacted Seasoned Pioneers very late in the day when I found that HelloFresh had left out the spice mixes in my recipe box. They went above and beyond to make sure a replacement was sent out the same day and used a different courier to make sure it arrived the next day despite strikes. They even called to make sure I'd received it. I can't recommend them highly enough. The product itself is brilliant and service is faultless

Was looking for the Zanzibar Curry powder. Absolutely amazing and very delicious seasoning. True to their name as Seasoned Pioneers. Lovely packaging. Beautiful aroma and really fresh. Makes a huge difference in taste.I ordered few other spices as well and looking forward to trying them out. 100% recommended service and taste.Arrived in time and well packaged. I have used Seasoned Pioneers for years; they are, without a doubt and having tried the rest, the absolute best seasonings and spices I have ever used. Nothing else comes close. Great experience! Order was a little delayed because of the local Post and customs, but Seasoned Pioneers team were very helpful and responsive. The spices were great and I am really happy I could buy spices that I can not find in my country.
