Fantastic gym. Equipments are kept well maintained, Cleanliness is immaculate and staff are very helpful.Most definitely recommend if you are new, as the staff are open to aid with any queries.The gym is also spacious and doesn't feel claustrophobic, which is a key problem in most gyms

Location is easy to find, spacious and the lighting works well. They have everything you need there and you can just work out. The PT team are about and you can find out more about them and book them. They have some vending machines you can use and water fountains. I use to book myself into their workout classes which is very easy to do. The lockers and changing rooms are upstairs. In the rooms the showers and toilets are clean and orderly. I do recommend this spot especially early in the mornings or late nights. Try to avoid peak times as it can get very busy. The price has gone up and will keep going up so try to join now.

The Gym Is ok. But the company Is sheet. They have done a mistake with the payment and they charged more, i have sent to them the proof and they didn't even gave the extra money!!! There are others Companies more professional and honest!!

Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. Great range of machines and variety of classes so you can mix it up and never get bored! All the instructors are excellent. Special shout out to Alyshia, Simone and Philip!

Great for the price. Doesn't have lots of things but it does the job if you only want gym equipment.Only downside is that the number of classes has been recently reduced. They used to have more hiit and circuits classes that were my favourites. Now there are just a few of those and only 1 on weekends.

Like every good thing in the world even this has some flaws. Loved everything about the gym except that you do not have any control over the payment cycle. The classic way a gym spoils the relationship with customers is to have complicated exit rules.I had to update my payment method but there's no way to do it, the only thing is cancel and rejoin. I tried to cancel it, but it was ONLY 3 days before the payment date (yes, I missed the 4 day timeline mentioned in the terms&condition"). So now there's no way to cancel it and I won't get any refund regardless if I want to use the gym or not.Join the gym but be very careful and read all the terms and condition that you are signing up for because it may have any senseless things in it."

Absolutely love Zumba with Sylvia, have been attending the class ever since it started in 2017, It’s the main reason I go to the gym! Love her energy, her class and best of all the dance routines! Best part of my Tuesday! Wooo Sylvia!!

This is my personal local gym, I have spent most of 2022 - 2023 here the vibe is :Friendly and Consistent, people come here to train and it's a really nice environment for all, the music ain't bad the staff are lovely and after being here for this long I wouldn't consider leaving.If you do see me say Hi, I'm friendly maybe we can share training tips.10/10 from me.

Been training with Max for just over a year now and couldn’t recommend her enough!She makes you work hard but makes it fun and enjoyable and encourages you to do your best.I have gone from never wanting to step into a gym to actually enjoying our sessions - she is the best!

Been to a few Gym Group locations both in and outside of London, and the Manor House location is probably one of the ropier ones I've been to: Weights all over the place; a lot of old equipment with missing parts and wear and tear; missing a lot of equipment you'd normally expect as standard even in a no-frills gym (no preacher bench or landmine fixture?). Naturally, you get what you pay for, but this one could definitely benefit from a refresh and some proactive moves from the team to keep things in order.Overall: Fine, not great – but there's no reason it couldn't be!
