After constantly being messed about by buyers. And spending more time at the house with prospective buyers than the agent. It was such a stressfull experience we took the house off the market. Then James offered to take it on. A couple of weeks later. Lots of viewings. 4 offers ( all over what the last agent valued it at) and a sale. And I didn’t have to be at the house at all, James went out of his way to make sure there was no stress at all. He dealt with everything. Keeping us updated when necessary but without it occupying every minute of my day. ( as before) I would highly recommend him. We would definitely use him again. 5 stars.
