Tilly's Tail Dog Grooming

Would not even give this groomers a 1 star. Brought my Pomeranian here, as my normal groomer did not have any available appointments. Initially I was quoted £35, however once I arrived I was told I would need to pay more due to the amount of coat he had (£85 in total) When I came to pick up my dog his coat had been clipped extremely short, despite me saying I didn’t want a lot to be taken off!! Once I got him home, I felt that he was not bathed, as his coat felt dirty and feel that his coat was cut short to avoid the effort of giving him a bath. After taking my dog back to my initial groomers, they have advised that his coat may not grow back the same due to how short his coat had been cut. I am actually appalled at the state of my dogs coat, it’s uneven and looks like he’s been hacked at. I believe a 5 year old could have done a better job! Happy to share before and after pictures for anyone who is thinking of using this groomers.
