My nan moved into this lovely home last year, and although she was very reluctant to go into residential care, she has now settled in well and is benefitting from the friendly welcoming atmosphere. The home is small in comparison to the large 'hotel' style homes in the area but this only benefits the residents and relatives as everyone knows what my nan has been up to and how she's feeling that day. I would pick Place Farm House over any of the large homes anyday and thoroughly recommend this home if you are looking for somewhere to place a loved one.

I have worked at place farm for over 20 years and I have worked In Some other homes and I can honestly say this is one of the amazing homes I’ve ever worked in . The amazing management team are very supportive towards the staff and residents ,the team I work with are amazing I could not ask for a better team to work alongside .I would happily put my own parents into Place Farm house as I know the Care is outstanding

This is a first class establishment that went the extra mile to offer the least restrictive environment to my mother-in-law. The staff are well trained, show outstanding care and compassion to residents, and it is clearly well managed by Karen and Andy. There is an excellent ‘vibe’ to the place. We would thoroughly recommend Place Farm House to anyone. Four legged canine friends welcome (which really helped!).

Very happy with the care and compassion shown to my mother at Place Farm. Very clean, well managed and homely. Staff seem well trained and keep good records of care which I am able to access via the internet gateway.

Make sure they do not charge you an extra entire month if the person in care passes away unexpectedly. Reason given is that they would need time to repaint" the very tiny bedrooms I repeat tiny rooms @1
