I rented an automatic car for my driving test from this centre(took it at 5pm the night before as I have an 8:10 early test booked next morning ). The staff here are very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to the lady at reception this morning (sorry I didn’t get her name while I was there), she has been brilliant in her job as well as customer services and interacting with us. Have been using their automatic dual control car for the last few weeks after being let down by two driving instructors. Half the price than with an instructor, can easily book online. Staff have been absolutely amazing, gone above & beyond in making sure the car was available - even when my test was at 7am in a different city. Highly recommend

From the moment I made my reservation to the drop-off, everything was seamless and hassle-free.First and foremost, the staff at Arnold Clark were incredibly professional and friendly. They greeted me with a warm welcome upon arrival and guided me through the rental process efficiently. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable suggestions about the best car suited for my needs.The car itself was in immaculate condition and well-maintained. It was evident that Arnold Clark takes great pride in their fleet. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the latest features, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable driving experience throughout my trip.The rental process was straightforward and convenient. The paperwork was handled swiftly, and I appreciated the clear explanation of the rental terms and conditions. The return process was equally efficient. I had a change on my plan and I wanted to return the car 2 days before the actual date of return and agreed. Unfortunately their Sheffield office would shut down at 1PM on Saturdays and they not open on Sundays too. They did offer me another drop off point for an extra 60 pounds as I was in Liverpool at that moment. That was really convenient for me.I highly recommend Arnold Clark to anyone in need of a reliable car rental service. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to them, my vacation was made all the more enjoyable, and I will definitely choose them for my future car rental needs.

I booked a dual control car to practice driving for my test and I was in need to do show me tell me questions for test purposes. Carl did this for me he is very cooperating, kind and patient man. We really appreciate his work ethic.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Had (and passed) my test today using arold Clark duel controlled car. Before leaving the forecourt the staff made me feel really comfortable and made sure I got the same car I had practiced in also making sure I knew where all the show me tell me bits were located.
