Went here for a sheesha was amazed at the place and the place is really really nice and you can see alot off detail has gone onto the design of the place however I ordered 2 sheesha and mint tea the sheesha were to a very good standards i have had the mint tea that was given given to us with was made nice and warm and you could taste the mint leaves. The staff are not very customer friendly seem abit moody. They seem as you have to be female to get their attentions absulitky beautifully place though.

I have been going to cloud for a few years and every single time the service is spot on. Staff are always friendly and attentive and the venue is always kept clean.The manager always comes round to see how you are doing and making sure everything is how you want. Any issues are always dealt with properly. MY go to shisha place. Keep up the good service guys.

I have been here a number of times and found it to be hit & miss. Sheesha has been qquite bad a couple of times and decent but not great. The atmosphere and style is nice but they need to work on the consistent-quality of the sheesha in particular. Service is good from the staff. Overall a nice atmosphere but room for improvements and you guys could do really well!

The atmosphere was nice lovely place to socialise. The only think that let it down was the hookahs as they got burnt out within 15min, meaning we had to buy another and when that got burnt out after like 15 min again we just talked for few min before getting bored and leaving.

Shisha was good however made me cough alot which doesn't normally happen. Probably too strong for me. Inside decor is really beautiful and has a welcoming appearance. Heard they were turning this place to a wedding hall. It would be great if they hire party's here for anyone who wants a space or a birthday party.

I've only been here a couple of times and I must say, the atmosphere is banging. It can get a little cold inside but overall, is a lovely place. I went a long time ago but I remember a guy called Haider served me, such a lovely lad. he made sure everything was perfect. The coal was changed regularly and the shisha was absolutely spot on. Wasn't too harsh, but also wasn't too weak, it was just in the middle. My friends and I ordered milkshakes which were nice and thick. We got them 10 minutes after ordering which was good, considering they were busy.They have a DJ late at night, I believe goes by the name K or Kae? Sorry, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it's convenient as it makes the place more lively and is a unique trait to have from any other lounge. I will definitely be making a return. Super friendly staff and overall a nice shisha place except for how loud the music is. The place is perfect for relaxing with friends but because of the loud music, you can't even hear each other talking. I find that the most enjoyable, relaxing part of coming here is the brief moments between tracks when the music stops. It would be a five star review if it weren't for the loud music.
