This storage facility is immaculately clean, convenient, accessible 24 hours a day and reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone needing short or medium term storage, with Steve and Diane very accommodating. Easy doing business and a great service.

I couldn't recommend a better storage facility. My scenario was somewhat precarious as I was moving from overseas. I contacted Lakeland after a simple google search. The communication was perfect, very prompt, and professional. Upon arrival of my household goods, I quickly realized that I had need for more storage than I had originally anticipated; literally as the movers were at my house, I was in touch with Lakeland hoping they could help me quickly and they did. Again, the communication was very prompt and they got me out of trouble as I was telling my moving company where the storage place was... Very professional all the way around, completely secure with 24/7 access, and all with the added benefit of getting to meet the resident Guard Dog who will let you pet him all day if given the chance :) Thank you guys again; you will be my first call if I need more space.

We were very happy with the storage facility, the quality of the unit, convenient access and helpful attitude of the staff eased our stress levels, which were sky high after 18 months of hell trying to buy and sell during the pandemic. Our belongings were in the unit for 6 months and all came out in good condition. We would recommend to anyone else looking for storage space in the South Lakes area.

Having a storage unit with Lakeland self storage has been fab, so useful and easy. 24 hour vehicle access has been great. We would put a dehumidifier into the outdoor unit if storing over the winter months the in the future.

Absolute pleasure doing business with Lakeland Self Storage. Steve and Nick were super-helpful and delivered first class customer service. The unit we hired to store furniture in was clean, dry and secure. Access 24/7 was important to us and on the one occasion when our key fob didn't work (typically early on a Sunday morning!), Steve came out straight away and replaced the fob. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Lakeland Self Storage are top quality well designed storage units. The container was clean and had a sloping wicking roof to control excess moisture. As well as the unit being locked the site is also locked overnight, making it doubly secure. We had keys and so had 24 hour access. Every member of staff has been extremely helpful, friendly and attentive, including the lovely dog Monty! Definitely recommend.
