They couldn't have been more helpful. I turned up in the morning without booking, explained the issue, they were inspecting my car within 2 mins, diagnosed it there and then, and fixed it within the day. I'm really grateful as holidaying in the area and wasn't sure I'd make it home. Thanks Gordon and the rest of the team!

These guys have a fantastic reputation in the area, and it's rightly deserved. When the local main dealer told me that the suspension of my Range Rover Sport needed to be calibrated (for over £150), I thankfully visited Groombridge who took a look and confirmed that all was fine and no calibration was required. The same dealer also said I would need to buy a whole wing mirror unit to fix the slightly loose glass (also over £100, plus labour). When I took the car for a full service, Groombridge carried it out within 3 hours and for half the price of the main dealer - and they lent me a Freelander at no extra cost. They also fixed the wing mirror at no extra cost because all that was needed was a longer screw to hold it in place. These guys came recommended to me by Eastbourne Tyre Co and clearly know their stuff - and they're incredibly helpful and honest. If you're considering a Land Rover but are concerned about the costs of servicing and parts, use Groombridge and you won't look back.

Consistently dependable, reliable and honest service. I recommend highly for all Land Rover servicing and repairs. A good alternative to main dealers that will not impact on warranties or service history as they use genuine parts.

We recently had a dreadful experience with Harwoods Edenbridge. They had our Landrover Discovery for 10 weeks. Couldn’t fix it. Still charged us over £4K. We had the car delivered to Groombridge Sussex. They took less than 2 hours to find the problem and a further 2 hours to fix it: total cost a shade over £1k. Conclusion: if you want great customer service, expertise and professionalism then head straight to Groombridge Sussex Ltd.

I have had a great experience with this garage. Aftercare was superb, very helpful and kind, even beyond warrenty. Reccomend for their great cars and top notch customer service.

Top notch service again. Needed a new door latch fitted urgently on my Freelander 2. Arrived unannounced at 7.30 am on Monday morning, explained the problem, was driving away by 10 am with everything sorted. And was given a loan car to get back home while the job was done. Always very helpful and obliging at Groombridge.
