I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and prices of the items available in this shop. I found some beautiful dresses in here, all amazingly reasonably priced.

My daughter popped in here with me for some new years eve party clothes. She found just what she was looking for, even as a plus size, and a great fit. The tall friendly man in the counter (with a bandana round his head) was delightfully friendly and she left with a smile. He definitely represented the store beautifully.

not wheelchair accessible, staff always using lifts and barging past customers w clothes rails, one girl knocked into me with a miserable face as she was about to fold jeans on the table by the lift on first floor, H&M also lie about recycling clothes at their clothes bin by the cashier desk. Accessories slightly overpriced for what they are and always a mess to navigate. FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE, FIX UP H&M.

Escalators not working, one lift out of service... No proper signs for stairs on ground floor, left store as queue for the one lift was silly.On returning lift was packed but didn't have to wait long to use it. Lady at counter was lovely, took stairs on way out as only one floor of escalator working on the way down.

Brixton and Westfield Stratford excellent hood quality you can always find a bargain Staff are particularly helpful at the Bromley and Brixon branches.

It's a very nice store with lots of shop floor. I liked the kids section as it was well organised and tidy. Every single floor had working cashiers. I would recommend this store.. it's better than Croydon or lewisham branches.When it comes to clothes quality I can't recommend it too much. I think that garments are prices well but quality is not always there. Cost/product-quality ratio is very high.
