Steven at Furniture Clinic did a fantastic job repairing animal damage to my Natuzzi leather chair, which I thought was a goner.Highly recommend Furniture Clinic to anyone. Below is the before and after result, amazing!!

Sent our tired looking 32 year old chesterfield suite away for colour restoration and re upholstering. WOW! just got it back and it look brand new, amazing job by Steven and his team. Would have no hesitation in recommending The Furniture Clinic

Steven did an exceptional job restoring my sofa. Job was done quickly and Steven talked me through each stage of the restoration process. As a piece from the 1970s, I did not think it would be possible for it to look as fresh and pristine as it does. Would highly recommend and will be using again for other bits of furniture. We bought our leather suite over 10 years ago and decided it needed a makeover. It was expensive at that time so didn’t want to buy a new one so opted for the cushions being repaired . We found Furniture Clinic in one of the local free magazines so gaveit a go.The staff were very friendly and professional and gave us a very competitive price to bring all the cushions up to scratch. Only took a few days when they were returned. We needed a couple redone but this was not a problem for them.We got them back and couldn’t have been more pleased. Thanks to Furniture Clinic we’ll get a few more years out of our suite. Great job well done and highly recommended.

TERRIBLE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.I was undecided whether to buy a new sofa or restore the one I had.Advised by Steven to go for restoring & assured they would do a fantastic job. NEVER AGAIN.Their conclusion to my complaints is that in their opinion I have used harsh chemical on my sofa which has caused all the problem to resurface and my 12 month warranty is up therefore they are not responsible in any way.Complete waste of time & £1000 down the drain.After 13 months & the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I now have to buy a new sofa which I wish I had just done in the first place.DISGUSTING COMPANY

Super efficient collection and drop off and outstanding workmanship, the repair is completely unnoticeable.
