Not much effort

From my first email to moving into our rented property Lynda was very very helpful ,friendly and professional , we lived in Leeds and I emailed a lot of companies in Cornwall looking to rent including jefferys Lynda emailed me offering to send us a video viewing of the property on the Saturday I told her that we would be down in Cornwall that weekend as we had a few viewings, We arranged a viewing with Lynda to see granary cottage and never looked back this is where we wanted to live and Lynda bless her did everything else she even phoned us on our way back to Leeds to let us know that the owner agreed to let us live there. I will recommend jefferys to anyone that will listen.

Speak as you find, but the responsiveness and effort put in to help with the purchasing of a property was outstanding.Special shout out to Beth who handled this on behalf of Jefferys as this was the best estate agent we have ever experienced.Base on our experience, we would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing service. I wanted to view a property and was told only viewing before 4.15pm. I work until 5.30pm. Not willing to put themselves out! Glad I'm not the seller!!
