Pratleys are great, they are quick well priced and honest. All the staff are great, it's a family run business so the director are right along side the guys in the yard and happy to jump in to help with anything. I can't recommend them enough.

Great service over the phone and a good quality steel. There was a slight delay in getting the beam as it was delivered to the wrong address but this was quickly and easily resolved.

First time I had used Pratley's. Had heard their radio advert so thought I would give them a try. Ordered a steel last Thursday. The next Monday morning we discovered a steel wasn't necessary on the job so I phoned Pratley's to cancel and request a refund.Was told it is their company policy that they don't issue refunds?The told me the steel had been cut from a 7.5 metre to 4 metre for our job so couldn't take it back?I explained we ordered on the phone and their no refund policy wasn't explained to me over the phone and I wasn't told they needed to cut a steel? We just ordered what we needed.Mr Pratley didn't think I had any consumer rights and said he couldn't resell a standard 4 metre steel? Aren't these ordered all the time? I am going to start legal proceedings to get my refund.Beware of Pratley's Builders Beams!!
