size?

Wanted to come in to buy something quick just before the shop closed. There was enough time for 1 transaction. I already know what I wanted and got told that I couldn’t come in the shop anymore… business hours state that it’s still open. Could’ve approached the situation differently by explaining that the shop will be closing and will be asked to leave once closed. Bad service

A usually good store for up to date clobber. But it's that time of year for the 'Sale' when they remove all the good gear and pull out the huge box of 12 year old TK Max rejects and fill the walls and rails with stuff you wouldn't have seen just a week before.

Purchased a pair of On Cloud trainers which disintegrated after 6 months. Applied for warranty which was rejected by Size?Never again.

Had a lovely experience today in the size shop in L1, Alex was really helpful in assisting me buying trainers, had a lovely vibe about him, really good customer service and a credit to your company, thank you Alex xx

Myself and my partner were on a city break and picked Size as a store we really wanted to check out. On arrival we were not greeted and were the only customers in the store. The staff were really rude and ignored us. As both of us are very experienced retail workers it's quite shocking how incredibly rude the staff of this store were, not cool.We decided to not buy the trainers we wanted because of this.

Unfortunately the staff are arrogant because of their ages and generation. Grey haired people are invisible to them, despite the fact that you may have a lot more money to spend than anyone. The good staff left 10 years ago, they were on the ball. Not looking to be served by kids doing degrees and having to put up with pesky customers till they graduate!

Initially ignored by all staff when I entered the store today. When I did eventually ask for assistance the employee was very rude and disregarded my request when I asked for a pair of trainers in my size. Instead of just checking like I asked he proceeded to tell me he knew better stating they never stock that size in that specific trainer, even though internet searches of that store and previous purchases here proved different. Not a great experience and immediately wanted to leave the store, only for this employee to then move in my path and refuse to move. What a joke of a store, I would seriously avoid here if you want treating with any shred of respect or dignity

Unprofessional and Rude staff, unhelpful and look disinterested. Better to close down.
