Khilna was recommended to me by my sister in law who had her mendhi done 13 years ago. I went to see Khilna and absolutely loved her designs especially the figure work. I decided to book Khilna after seeing the quality of the work and the intricate designs of the figure work. I really wanted something that was personal to me for my mendhi and Khilna came up with an incredible design incorporating things which were significant to me - the proposal on a volcano, our wedding day and elephants.Khilna’s eye for detail and creativity is amazing. She even helped me put together the order of colours of the backdrop for my mendhi night in a few minutes whilst doing my mendhi. Khilna is truly such a talented artist and takes great care in every work she produces.Khilna is a beautiful person inside and out. It was lovely to spend time with her while I was having my mendhi done. Khilna went above and beyond when she was doing mendhi for me and my family-for which I am so grateful. Thank you so much Khilna for making my wedding day even more special.I loved my mendhi so much-the design was beautiful and the colour of the mendhi came out amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! I was getting lots of compliments on my mendhi on my wedding day. I would highly recommend Khilna.

I am so glad I went with Khilna to do my bridal mendhi!I have never met anyone so passionate about their work. I wanted a Radha Krishna on my palms - and she went to great lengths to research ideas to get it perfect. There was so much detail and intricacy, the figures looked like paintings.The mendhi came out so dark, and the design on my feet lasted 5 weeks!!The work came from her heart, and it was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

I cannot thank Khilna enough for the amazing henna she has done for me on my wedding. The skill and intricacy that goes into the work Khilna does is out of this world. Khilna did my bridal mehndi 10 years ago! I still remember it like it was yesterday... I was so happy with her gorgeous mehndi, and I remember so many people commenting on how beautiful, intricate and dark it was!I would definitely recommended Khilna- she is such a lovely person and so extremely talented and passionate about her work!

Khilna was an absolute joy to have with us on the day! I came across her by chance on instagram and I'm so pleased I did! Not only is she incredibly skilled but so lovely to have around on the day. It took around 5 hours and she created such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and created exactly what I wanted. She also came along to the mehndi the following night and did really beautiful work on all the guests (normally it's tiny and simple but we were all surprised and very pleased at the intricacy!) I knew from when I first looked at Khilna’s work and spoke to her that she was going to be amazing; the truth is, she exceeded my expectations & delivered the most beautiful henna a couple of days before my wedding day. It’s the passion she has, which was evident throughout the whole process, including how patiently and carefully she was applying the mehndi…I’ll always treasure this experience.For Khilna, it wasn’t just about the mehndi, it was the whole experience - I had an initial consultation with her where I looked at her impressive portfolio & I picked out designs I really liked. We also discussed how I wanted the design to be personalised and bespoke to me; Khilna made notes & by the end of the consultation, I was so confident that she knew exactly what I wanted!On the day the henna was applied, she remembered everything we’d discussed & I was thrilled with the end result. Khilna also gave me useful follow-up advice on how to make my henna look at its best on the day, and brought special gloves for me to use whilst asleep that night:)As a fellow artist, I appreciate pure artistic talent and this is Khilna to the core - not only is she talented, but she’s also a professional and friendly henna artist who has an eye for detail; she has the ability to take the customer’s vision & create something outstanding. Khilna is a lovely lady with an incredible talent! I cannot recommend her enough for brides who want a touch of something different and magical. I was recommended Khilna through my best friend and after seeing her work on Instagram, I knew I wanted her to do my bridal mehndi. She arrived promptly on my mehndi morning and was so chilled and relaxed, which also put me at ease at the beginning of my wedding events. We had lots of giggles throughout the day and it will be a day I always remember. I had a vision of personal elements I wanted included in my mehndi, incorporating parts of my bridal outfit and also other personal touches. Khilna took the time to incoorporate every single element I wanted and created the mehndi of my dreams!
