I purchased a lovely Audi A3 around 6 months ago, i was extremely impressed with Rob and the team at GKL. The car was the best i found and at a very fair price. When i picked the car up i found it had no sound coming from the entertainment system, a very common problem with Audi's. Without any hesitation this was dealt with, the entertainment unit was sent off for repair and i was kept updated along the way. When picking the car up i actually had chance to go to their main leasing headquarters a couple of miles down the road. I was amazed at the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. To sum it up it is the service (and better) of a main dealer at a much cheaper price. As i live local and drive past the dealership everyday i always like the look of their cars and now knowing how the company operate i would definitely purchase from them again, i always think you can judge a company by the aftercare you receive. Thank you.**UPDATE**We recently had an issue with the car which had to go to a local dealer for repair. Contacted Rob and the service was utterly exceptional. Total empathy and understanding for the situation but with support and action as well. Not only will I buy again without question I am actively encouraging friends to let me know when they need a vehicle so I can pass them to Rob. I encourage everyone who reads this that needs a new vehicle to call Rob. This is how service should be. Thanks again.

A month ago I brought a Skoda from GLK Direct, but I rushed my choice and without quibble, they refunded my deposit.The next day I came across a lovely black edition A4 at the same garage on Autotrader! I phoned up and booked an appointment and within the hour I had purchased the car. Staff were very friendly, accommodating to me and my 2 year old daughter and I drove away looking forward to picking it up o Saturday.The car was fully MOT’d, new tyres, front brakes and a service which was agreed after the sale but at a very good fair price. I have recommended friends to look at similar cars with GLK first as they clearly look after the cars from lease, and all or most are 1 owners from new.Hats off to them all there, one of the best garages I have brought from and I have brought enough cars in the past, into double digits and from main dealers.I didn’t even need to use the tips given to me to negotiate the best deal from my colleagues at What Car? Purchased a Tesla Model 3. Staff very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the car there was a small issue with the car system still being linked to the previous owner which took me a few days to sort out. A few months later I found out it had been in a crash and had some internal damage around the front bumper and the front left fog light was loose. I would expect a car seller to have checked the car over before sale. GKL have since contacted me and say they had no knowledge of any incident at the time and, upon investigation, identified the previous lessee had the car repaired" themselves and didn't disclose it.On inspection by myself there was damage to the bumper exterior that I would expect the seller to have investigated and disclosed to me before the purchase."

Nice selection of cars, wasn't extortionate like some places at the moment, and the sales guy was friendly and not pushy at all.

I bought a BMW 3 series from GKL about six months ago. I've had no problems with the car and I'm very pleased with the purchase. The 3 month warranty allowed me to get the car fully inspected after the purchase, but no issues found.
