We got the carpet in our new home from Jotti. We visited them and choose the carpets, we had no issues they were very helpful, on the day of measuring they were going to reschedule but we asked them to just come at the time even though was pretty later in the evening, suky came measured up and left, great guy.We then arranged install date with them and had to also re schedule due to ongoing work at the house.When the day came they arrived and fitted the carpet, very professional amazing job amazing team, my family and friends have used Jotti for a long time.Great carpets great pricesGreat teamWould recommend and use again(To those leaving Negative comments, you are going to have communication issues at times - no matter what company In whatever industry you choose!)Relax

Wish we’d read the reviews before booking two weeks in advance for carpets and lino to be fitted. You will see a common pattern in the bad reviews..In a nutshell, poor to no communication, terrible time keeping, same excuses, very unprofessional company! Can't comment on the fitting quality or customer service because they never arrived..4 times!!!Thought we’d found a good company but then they didn’t turn up for the time we had booked with them, 3pm. We called them and they said haven’t they called you to say they’d fitted a job in before you and not finished it yet? Well, they had written my mobile number in the diary with our appointment but nobody had called. So they said they’ll be here well before 5pm, but here we are well after 5pm and they’ve not shown up as promised so convincingly on the phone! We took time off work and ripped all the old carpets up ourselves ready for them. It’s a real shame because we were going to recommend them to several others. We will have to take our cash somewhere else more reliable!*EDIT: 5 days later..That Monday evening (after I’d left my review on here) at 6pm Jotti sent me a text to say they were on their way. I replied and said it’s too late we could no longer have them come. They said please can we come please, to come and fit our carpet and asked when they could come. I said Saturday but I wanted an assurance they’d definitely come.. They said they’d come between 3-6pm. They haven’t turned up again!! I even texted them at 5pm but no reply. We will now be recommending people DO NOT use Jotti, rather than sending people their way, as we had been doing. Really disappointing and frankly rubbish for a local company!*EDIT: At 5pm that Saturday after they didn't turn up yet again, I text them but didn't receive a reply until 10:51PM that night. They said they had a family emergency (read other reviews saying the same..) and could they come after 3pm Sunday. We reluctantly agreed but said they must come dead on 3pm and they had to be honest and let us know. Sunday afternoon they said they could come between 3-3.30pm. At 3.30pm they text to say they hadn't yet got to the shop but would come straight away after loading the van. We were getting anxious again because we had a religious meeting at 5pm with quite a few coming. By 4.11pm I text them and said don't come it's too late! They said oh we are coming or can we come on Monday morning 7-8am! I said no don't bother you've messed us about too many times. They then replied and tried to make excuses, saying they tried to squeeze us in (why when it had been booked for weeks in advance originally??!!) etc etc tried offering to knock down the cost etc. We were so disappointed with them we didn't bother replying!! If i can upload the messages I will attach it so everyone can see how they work. Avoid!

Ordered some laminate from the company last year. From start to finish amazing service. Top quality laminate. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Great job and so thankful they did it last minute on a weekend due to a moth infestation before a house move with fixed completion date. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks for fitting us in!

Edit, edit...3rd attempt said was coming. Didn't. Said family issues was the problem.... The same lies they have told others. Nevertheless, they do not commuincate with and don't come when they promise.This place isn't professional. You have been warned. Go to another company who are reputable and have far better reviews.Keep well away.If I could would be 0.Booked our stairs, landing and bathroom to be done two weeks ago for Monday afternoon at 3pm. Got to 3:15 and rang the shop as no one showed up. Said he took on another job and will be later. I said that's not good enough as we've got friends arriving at 7. The shop said let me speak to the fitters and I'll call you back.Phoned me back and said they'll definitely be with you way before 5. It's now 5:15 and a no show.I wouldn't mind I'm a carpet cleaner by trade and I've past over a lot of work to this company.Just like the other reviews. They just don't turn up.Word of advice. Call your customers and keep them posted if your going to be late.Don't lie and say someone contacted us because they didn't. Appalling services. Don't use this company. Avoid at all costs.EDITNo turn up from them yet again. Promised to be with us today (Saturday) between 3-6.Sent them a text around 5pm making sure all is good.... No response.Once again, stay well away from this company.So many reviews saying the same thing. Save your money and go to a reputable company.

Used these boys for my own house and also a few family members houses and couldn’t fault them in any way from beginning to end and they were priced cheaper then everyone else I had been too would highly recommend and would definitely use them again

Had my carpets done by these guys and they were exceptional! I had them come out they took measurements of my landing and stairs, 2 bedrooms, hallways and living room and they didn’t delay in giving me the quote either, I took their quote and compared it and quickly realised no one would beat it we set a date and time but then on the day I had a few things come up and they were happy to reschedule to earlier in the day and then they came got it all fit in. Very professional and polite. Did an amazing job thank you.

I had my flooring laminate and carpet fitted from these guys they did an amazing job. The process from start to end was 10/10. Fitting was spot on highly recommended. my friends and family have also used them and they are happy.
