I needed help moving out of London so I booked two men with a van. Joy was really helpful in providing quotes and made the process very easy. On the day, Samuel and his team of two arrived on the dot and were all incredibly professional, polite, respectful and kind. It was an unexpected bonus having three men on the job as it made it even quicker and easier. Once the van was loaded, they drove out of London to my new address where they unloaded everything, again in a very professional and respectful way. The whole process was seamless and handled brilliantly. It was a stressful and emotional time for me but I was so grateful to Samuel and his team for being so kind and caring. We booked Superman with a Van on Monday for a move on Wednesday. They were extremely helpful when making the booking and made everything clear in regards to the move day. On the day we had two gentlemen that were absolutely amazing especially with moving all the stuff from a first floor flat with stairs to our new home. Fantastic service, very professional and courteous. I dealt with Willette on the phone and Marcus was leading the removal team. Very professional and helpful! They're doing an amazing job communicating well with their customers. As soon as I filled the form online, Joy called me shortly after, gave me a quote (better price compared to others) and we set the date and time in a timely manner. The men with the van also did a very good job and helped us carry everything. With their efforts, it took us less time than expected. I'd really recommend this service to anyone!
