Great service. Was in to repair a note 9 with a completou smashed screen, got some great recommendations and was walked through everything that was going to be done as well as the replacement pieces and alternatives. The prices are in line with other quotes in the area. Hopefully I won't need their repair services again but if I do I will be back for sure

I came here to get my cracked s8 phone screen repaired. Initially after reading all positive reviews about this phone centre, I had faith they would do a good job with my repair.When I arrived it was about 45 mins before closing. I was greeted with an unfriendly staff member, assuming it was because it was near closing and he didn't want to deal with another customer. He said he wouldn't be able to carry out the repair on that day but had all the parts and would make sure to do it first thing in the morning, finishing the repair by 12. I was satisfied enough with that arrangement, left my phone and told them to phone me as soon as the repair was done as I require the phone for work.The following day I did not receive any updates on the status of my repair and had to contact them myself at 2. They told me they didn't have all the parts and had to order them in but they were working on it. They said it should be done within 2 hours. It got to around 4 and I still did not receive any update and decided to head to the store anyway. Upon arrival all staff seemed to keep to themselves and just handed me the phone without really saying anything. Note that when handing in your device you must give it to them unlocked or with your code, I gave them the phone unlocked. On my train ride back I realised there was an issue with my fingerprint scanner, getting an error that my s8 could not connect to it as I tried to put back my lock settings. Getting off the train I phoned them and to ask what the issue was and they said they might have forgotten to reconnect the scanner. He told me to come in the next morning and he will sort it out straight away, I was not free the following day (Friday) so would only be able to get this sorted out on Monday as they are closed on weekends.So just to clarify, I went there with a cracked screen and in return got an issue with the finger print scanner. Now at this point you can imagine I'm pissed off. I had already taken 4 hours off work (unpaid) to drop off and pick up the phone on 2 different days not to mention travel costs as the shop is not near to me.Now on Monday I hand in my device again, this time the staff member who served me seemed nice but didn't feel the need to apologise or anything and just brushed it off, emphasising s8 phones are not the easiest to open up and repair. Tbh from 'Europe's number 1' phone centre you wouldn't expect such issues to arise in the first place, quite amateurish. He fixed the issue within 1 hour but not without cost, he had damaged the back glass panel on my phone near the bottom which I did not realise until a few hours later but after everything this place has done I really can't be asked to go back and sort it out again.Overall I think my 1 star rating is perfectly justified. I have lost a total of 7 hours of paid work and 3 days of travel expenses for their mistakes, not to mention unfriendly staff and damage that did not exist when I first handed in my phone. Would never recommend to anyone and I am shocked they have such high ratings, guess I am an anomaly but a very disappointed one.

Excellent service. Repaired my S10 within the hour. Honest, quick, considerate. Like many of us, I am hugely reliant on my phone for work, not just for the latest news, messaging friends or binge waching my latest obsession - and they literally saved my day. Thank you.

Incredibly great phone fixing service. Super duper friendly staff, the guy there was the best and also fixed my phone in 2hrs. I also got to keep all my data etc. Can't recommend this enough!

Great Shop. Claimed on my phone insurance. Kim was a nice professional guy. He fixed them front and back screens and replaced the battery on my Galaxy S8+. He fixed it in under and hour whilst i had a coffee across the road. Will go back if needed.

Excellent service, the guys are really the best at what they do. Very knowledgeable and capable. My s9+ is now back and performing better than ever, camera and rear all replaced. Now I can take pictures of my family once more.I would recommend the shop if you are researching where to fix your phone, go no further. Arrange a visit.

phone was in a mess, broken back and front and smashed all over! Was surprised how easy and efficient everything was and picked up my phone only a couple of hours later and it was like new! including fixing a problem I didnt even know the phone had.Great, Speedy, Honest service. a breath of fresh air compared to other repair services ive used.would 100% recommend!

Got my phone fixed few months by Kim and he was amazing. He gave me great customer service and fixed my phone immaculately and quickly! Would 100% recommend this store.

Brought my phone in on Saturday to have repaired, unfortunately they did not have the right parts at the time but I was told to come back 2 days later. I brought the phone in todayand they had it repaired within half an hour with no hassle. Very pleased with the efficient and friendly service.
