Very professional, friendly, and helpful. They offer good deals with the sale. The car was checked, and fresh MOT has been done. Taz and Ali went the extra mile to make sure the sale went smoothly.

DO NOT buy from Hamilton cars. The owner Ali is a liar and a thief. Recently bought a car from them, only to find there are multiple issues with the car, as well as being told multiple lies during the process. He knew i was vulnerable and took advantage. I asked for a refund well within my 30 days and all he could say was “well that’s not going to happen is it” and hasn’t answered the phone since. I have threatened legal action and WILL follow through with it if I don’t get an answer. Absolute criminal hiding behind his “business”

Amid all of the fake reviews and the older reviews when Hamilton cars was owed by decent car sales director are real stories of hardship, deception and contempt for any Customer who is foolish enough to give them money .Do not believe anything that Ali or Taz tell you. These are deceivers of the 1st order and anyone parting with their money will be at serious risk of losing it should a fault occur. Cars likely to break down ..many costing 000s to repair.RAC warranty barely covers any costs of repair at £1000 and even when the law is on your side will result in a long legal process. Best to go to a car supermarket and avoid these people at all costs. You have been warned.Am sure it won't be long before this company is in the local news for its dealings.

when purchasing a vehicle from them please be mindful that although they advertise '1years RAC cover included' you will have to follow up with RAC yourself as that is never the case.should anything happen to your vehicle between the 6 months grace period fro return or repair, there's a high chance they will not respond to your query after the first call log.should you ever have any issues its best to log your call and any conversations that take place as they may deny any form of communication. x

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!I had read reviews before I bought a car from them. I didn't notice about the change in ownership to the current setup.I bought a car in April 2023, and within 3 weeks, the coolant temperature warning light came on. I took it back to Hamilton. To cut a long story short, I took it back at least 4 times , after that, and each time I got the car back and they told me it was fixed.I finally got the problem diagnosed and fixed when I took it to a garage of my choice.Throughout my dealings with Hamilton , both Ali(the owner) and Taz lied to my face about what was done to resolve the problem.I probably called Taz at least 20 times, and many times he said he would call me back, but I cannot recall a single call from him.Without doubt, they are the most evasive and untrustworthy characters I have ever dealt with in my (long) life.I went there in the first place because I thought that buying a car from a 'dealer' would give me peace of mind and reliability, and I did not mind paying the (extra) cost compared to a private sale.Like many others who have posted reviews, I am extremely disappointed.Please bear these words in mind before you become yet another victim of these heartless liars and cheats!!

I had a car from Hamiltons in September 2022 with their warranty. something has gone wrong with the gearbox now there is no drive power at all, the warranty is £1000 max fix. I think the warranty gives a false sense of security, £1000 goes nowhere these days, I have done 2800 miles in it. Fix price on box is £2500 . No help from them very poor service from them would not recommend buying from these at all.

I can’t praise these guys highly enough. I bought an Audi TT from them today and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. They went out of their way for me staying back late so I could collect the car. The TT is in excellent condition and has been really well prepared, you can tell they know their cars, they’re enthusiastic and passionate about them. I can’t help feeling all dealers should be this good, but I know for sure now that I’ve bought a car from them I will be going back again future and I’ll know the whole thing will be a pleasure start to finish. Thanks a lot guys, I’m a very happy customer.

Buying the car was a good and efficient service with all the staff members being very helpful and polite (I now suspect this is just because they wanted my money). However after having the car for approximately a week I noticed an issue with the gearbox. As it was under warranty we returned the car on monday, I informed them i would need it back to me by the following monday so I could commute to work and they said that it would be ready on the friday (even better! or not). The friday comes and I give them a call to be told the garage has said it’s not ready and will be ready Monday “110%”. I say okay. Monday I hear nothing from them so I call and get told the same thing, 100% ready for tuesday. Guess what happens Tuesday? Still not ready will be fixed for Wednesday 100%. It is now wednesday and surprise surprise the car is not available to be collected. At this point I have no car and they haven’t offered me a courtesy car either. They have my money and my previous car that i part exchanged with no sign of me getting my new car any time soon. Appalled by the lies and shocking communication from everyone involved. Do not Reccomend
