The seat on my bike randomly snapped off when I was riding last week. I took it in today to see if they could do anything about it - turns out one of the bolts had snapped and would of been tricky to replace but they went out of their way to source the parts needed from a bike that was due to be scrapped. They kept hold of it while I went the gym and came back to the seat repaired and good as new. They didn’t even charge me. I was also in with a puncture a month or so ago which they fixed within minutes for an extremely reasonable price. Every time I go in with a problem they sort it to the best possible standard. I wouldn’t even consider taking my bike anywhere else

My Mum and Dad purchased an e-bike from the St Helens store and were helped by Matt who went above and beyond to help and explain about the bike to my Dad before he made the purchase. Matt was extremely helpful and did not pressurise or rush my parents at all when looking at the bike, so we would recommend asking for Matt if you're ever bike shopping at the St Helens store!

Booked a buying guide and was helped with deciding on which bike to buy, they let me take it for a test ride around the store which is spacious. The employee was very knowledgable and friendly, took the time to answer my questions and put a lot of effort into making sure the bike was safe to ride before leaving, even helped with putting the bike into the back of my car. I feel like my bike will be in good hands here as you are given a free bike health check within 12 weeks of purchase.

We spent a while trying on helmets. Trying to find one really wasn't hard as there's a good choice of helmets from Mountain Bike, road bike and kids.I wanted a mountain bike style with a peak for my road bike (they look better).Matt came along and helped. Even adjusted the straps so the helmet fits properly and to 'try it on' by using a bike on a stand to see if I could actually see comfortably ahead without straining my neck.Suitable helmet found. Brilliant.Matt was so helpful we even bought an Endura T-Shirt.Thanks Matt
