Our fitter Scott did a fantastic job at fitting our new bathroom. We're over the moon with the end result and so glad that we chose YTB. Posting this review on behalf of my mum who has recently had a new bathroom fitted through Yorkshire Trade Bathrooms.It is a rare thing in this day and age to walk in to a retailer or showroom and immediately feel at ease and that you can trust the people you're dealing with. From our very first visit, Lee was absolutely fantastic - incredibly informative and helpful, and with such a friendly and down to earth manner, not once did my mum feel under any pressure.He was patient when she was indecisive and later changed her mind, and offered good advice and ideas for things she hadn't considered. No schmaltzy sales techniques; just someone who really knew his stuff and clearly wanted to make sure his customers were happy and getting what was right for them.It almost seemed too good to be true and we were holding out hope that the quality of the goods and the fitting didn't let them down. We were not disappointed! My mum's fitters were Dom and Alex and they were superb. Polite, friendly, kept her updated, and tidied up after themselves. Dom has even been back since to promptly sort a tiny issue with the pop-up plug on the bath.I cannot recommend Yorkshire Trade Bathrooms highly enough. A fair price, exemplary service and a beautiful, sparkly new bathroom for my mum.Usually, if something seems too good to be true, it's because it IS too good to be true - not with YTB, they simply are THAT good. Fantastic place, well stocked showroom, Great professional service from the guys, Lee came out, measured up, designed our new bathroom and put it on a plan for us to see. Delivered on the pre arranged day, cannot fault YTB at all, 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good quality bathroom.

I was unsure where to go for my new bathroom And found YTB and was impressed with their reviews. Let me say having had my bathroom fitted with with minimal disruption by true professionals who really know what they are doing it has made such a difference to my home. I now feel like I’m stepping into a designer hotel bathroom every day. Lee at the showroom was great, helping me to pick out colours and products I liked and he genuinely helped me make the right decisions. Mike fitted the bathroom for me he was always polite and helpful and has really created an outstanding result. I’m thrilled!

From the moment I stepped in the building, I knew I had chosen the right place to find everything I needed for my new bathroom. My prerequisites were no white grout and no gloss! And I wanted to try to be a bit more adventurous with colour and pattern as default is always safe and neutral. Under the guidance of Lee and his team, I found everything I wanted under one roof.
