Athena Fireplaces Stirling

Really pleased with the two multi-fuel cassettes installed by Gary and his apprentice who were very professional and pleasant. Great service from Athena and I highly recommend them.

Athena installed a wood burning stove for us. Never really worked since the day put in. Tried from last July for someone to come and look at it, went into Athena on 3 separate occasions. chimney wasn’t lined at the time as their installer said we didn’t need it. Turns out we did but trying to get their guy to come back is impossible. He won’t answer calls or texts. Spoke to Athena today and guy said although they recommend this guy he works independently (he’s the owners cousin). This company is recommending this guy who is totally unreliable. Thought Athena were a decent company but will never return or recommend them to anyone.

Great installation.... poor after sales service ! The guys at Athena did a great job in installing my fireplace. However, I have had real issues in getting them to come and fix a gas fire ignition problem. Several phone calls later, no call backs (as agreed), appointments missed (again with no call back meaning I sat in the house all day waiting for them), more phone calls...3 weeks after my first phone call I'm still waiting and the problem has still not been resolved. I'm awaiting another phone call to rearrange a new date (but Im not holding my breath !!! )

Great service from showroom to installation. Andy and the team at Athena were professionals. My smart bell fire and granite fireplace are show home worthy. Would highly recommend Athena if you want a quality, luxury outcome.

We had excellent customer service and advice from the Athena team when purchasing our outdoor wood burner. They provided us with drawings / plans and honest advice about what would and wouldn’t work for us in our space. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We had the most amazing experience with Athena. So much so that when we moved home, we missed our fire so much that it was top of our shopping list to come right back to Andrew and his amazing team of engineers. From start to finish all we received was a top class service. Our fire was so bespoke that everyone who entered our home commented on how amazing it was.Andrew came out to us personally and assessed our home and recommended certain products on what we were looking for. We then visited the showroom in Stirling (we are Glasgow based) we were shows fires like no others we had seen across the whole of central scotland. We chose an amazing Bell range gas fire with a floor to ceiling limestone wall.Installation was nothing short of amazing. His team were so tidy and clean, super professional at every step. They spent time personally taking us through working the fire and getting the best from our amazing new heating system.Even though this was fitted in the living room, this fire heated our entire home to the point where we rarely had to use our central heating system. Saved us a fortune in heating costs.We moved home in March 19 and even in a summer's evening, we found ourselves missing our fire for that wee boost of heat at night time. I would consider nor trust anyone other than Andrew and his amazing team at Athena to come and install our new fire.Dont hesitate in booking this fantastic company with only the best of products.Happy to provide images to anyone who wishes to reach out directly.

Visited the showroom and was pleased with the excellent customer service from Athena Fireplaces. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service. We had someone out to measure up for a fireplace and then got no feedback. After chasing they sent through a few options. I asked a few questions about three weeks ago and still nothing. Clearly they don't need my business :-(

Had the odd teething problems when we fitted a new fire but this all sorted out by andrew and jim,they also have a very good team doing the fitting work.
