Excellent service. Professional company. From enquiry stage through to commissioning of my new Alarm system was very well received. The equipment itself is absolutely spot on. Very high specification - UK manufactured system installed (Orisec.) Years ahead of the competition in terms of quality. After sales support from Thistle is second to none. Had a Thistle Fire and Security install a new alarm system and CCTV recently. Job was competed in a good amount of time. Adam and his colleague were very good, explained everything, very accommodating and cleaned up behind themselves. We had a wifi reach issue after the install and this was solved within a day of me raising this issue. Would recommend Thistle for any intruder system work you may want doing.

Recently purchased a property with a thistle alarm installed. Contacted thistle to have the code changed and a service. The engineer attended and was very helpful explained how the system worked and checked over the system for faults. Very happy with service provided and the lady that booked it for us couldn't have been better at explaining the options over the phone.

We moved into a property which they had installed their alarm system in. We arranged for a free quotation to upgrade the system. The prices were astronomical so swiftly declined. Whilst the colleague was here he offered to change the battery as the system said there was a fault and off he went. We then relieved a bill through the door for the battery. I rang up and said we never asked for the battery nor were we told there was a charge. I informed them they can come collect the battery and take everything away which they refused but said someone will collect the battery (that was in september 2021). In December 2021 we then recieve a bill for a call out charge, so again I ring up and they said it was for the battery, I said the battery that you changed without giving us the information and the same battery you should've collected 3 months ago. I spoke to Stewart on both occasions and the tone in his voice whilst on the phone was totally unprofessional.

I have received fantastic service when they installed a home alarm system for me. They have been really helpful from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and gave me some good advice. Thanks guys.

Hopefully their work is a little better than their quality of driving, had the ne of their vans pull in front of me and slam his brakes on earlier, think he was trying a crash for cash scam

We had a power failure to the house yesterday and when power was restored the alarm keypad had lost connection to the control panel. I called the team at Thistle Security and an engineer called me back a short while later. We had the alarm reset and working properly very quickly and efficiently. This is an example of excellent customer service where the team goes the extra mile to help. Thank you.
