Got recommended by a freind to go to see marie as i had a wrist injury through work , with lots of swelling , as soon as i met her i felt comfortable , and over the 6 sessions ive had shes been very helpful and supportive and has made a big difference to my recovery with the cryo thereapy sessions.I would highly recommend anyone to go , its a great service and also very reliable.

I injured my shoulder a few weeks ago doing exercise and have tried everything from rest, pain relief etc to get it feeling better. Cryotherapy was recommended to me by my class instructor so I found Marie and booked in for a treatment. I managed to get an appointment for the same day and felt relief from the pain straight after the first session.I have completed a course of 3 sessions and my shoulder pain has gone and I am able to exercise again!!Marie is extremely professional and took time to explain how the treatment works and to allow me to ask questions. Her treatment room is calm and relaxing and private.I would highly recommend this cryo clinic for anyone with an injury or for well-being purposes.

I think I have tried every treatment Marie has to offer and can honestly say the combination of the cryo coldness and the heat of the stones takes you to a totally different level of awareness and relaxation.Sometimes I find it hard to drive when I come out of Marie’s clinic, and I always make sure I haven’t got any work afterward as I’m just so zoned out.My health is as important to Marie as it is to me, she is such a lovely person and makes each treatment feel like an utter luxury.The pause and relaxation are just what I need after a long week in work and I can’t recommend Marie highly enough.

2 sessions and elbow was sorted after pain for weeks. Husband went with shoulder injury from work and was also shocked how cryo is so effective and reduced inflamation. Professional and relaxing.

I damaged my hand in an accident 2 months ago and lost the use of it for 8 weeks this brought on arthritis in all of my fingers, I teach guitar so it became difficult to play.I heard about cryo therapy from a friend and found Maria online booked my first three sessions two weeks ago the improvement was immediate I can now bend my fingers and most of my movement has returned, I intend to keep up the treatment once a week to force the healing process into action.This was a life saver for me.

Marie was very helpful and professional and knowledgable. Treated my son who had injured his calf and got him fit for a big match with 3 sessions. Very calming room and smelt gorgeous. Would highly recommend.

I suffer with tennis elbow and found that cryo really helps, also had my knees and wrists treated.Hot stones massage is amazing. Really relaxing and felt great afterwards.Highly recommend.

Marie was brilliant. She listened to where my pain was in my knees and ankle. It was my first time having cryotherapy and I was a bit nervous but Marie put me at ease straight away. I would definitely recommend!
