Really disappointed my gel nails started to bubble.

The salon is lovely and clean and I used to visit regularly but found sometimes I had amazing nails and other times not so good so I went elsewhere. However today I thought I would revisit for a full new set of nails a chrome polish with glitter on the top , what a disappointment the nails are very thick and clumpy especially on the thumb nails and weirdly wider at the top , and the colour on the chrome did not match the chart and the nails are different lengths, it is sometimes difficult to see it all when you are in the shop but have come home really dissatisfied!! I would only return if they could guarantee which technician would be doing my nails as this is not good enough for£48!!

This lady has a price list and she flip-flops on prices and doesn't follow the price list. Very unprofessional doesn't listen to what colour you want. She is a crock her rushed job is not good. I am not going back . Customers be careful, she is not truthful

I used to go all the way to Cambridge to have my nails done, but about 3 months ago I took a risk and went to this new shop in Newmarket. They're very good professionals, nice people always trying to fit me in their schedule.

I came to get a pedicure and the service I received was not worth the money I paid, first of all, the temperature of the water was cold, and the lady applied a thick lotion before applying the gel and i still had water was remained on my feet. Before she applied the gel, I asked her if she could wipe it off as i had lotion and wet feet, but as she only wiped the place where she was going to apply the gel, and she has said ‘later later’ continued to do the jel polish. Sorry to say but your quality, bad customer service has disappointed and will not ever come again.

I regularly get my nails done here, they always look amazing and last at least 3 weeks, service is reliably quick and easy!
