Had an incredible experience with Abel at Citygate. He was faultless from start to finish and was always readily available for any queries I had throughout the duration of my purchase. Beware of scammers ! I've purchased All in plan with 2 years warranty. My Tiguan was towed to them after break down. Ideally it must be covered under warranty. But they refused and said the claim was rejected . However no proofs are given for that.They provided me bill for £ 3200 On top the vehicle inspection report also scam. On September 30, Citygate Ruislip shared report saying break pads both front & rear are 80% worn. Later on December 05 the same car has been inspected by Citygate High wycombe and report says break 70 % & 60% worn. The vehicle report and the warranty both are scam. It's hard to believe how these scammers got the dealership for VW.

I took my car into this branch as I’ve had a bad experience at another VW branch where the after care service was shocking to say the least.Anyway I spoke to a gentleman called Bebe who assisted in my requirements and has booked my car to come in and have some work done to it as I feel it wasn’t satisfactory when I was sold the car by VW in the first place.Hopefully this branch will recognise and understand the work which still needs to be addressed when I take it in.Thanks for your help so far Bebe!

Would not recommend ! Bought a car just over a month ago via approved used and have had issues with both key batteries dying. I called the dealership I bought my vehicle from who told me to visit my nearest VW. I spoke to a woman in the servicing team who came across rude and seemed very unbothered. She then proceeded to tell me go back to the dealership I bought the vehicle from in a dismissive manner which was shocking to hear as I am covered via approved used warranty at any dealership.

Great customer experience from start to finish. Ended up buying at Ruislip due to a pushy salesman at a different branch. Nathan was very helpful and made the process very easy and stress free. He listened and was very attentive to all my needs and I left feeling truly satisfied.Definitely would recommend.

Unpleasant Experience - Questionable Customer Treatment(edited)Our recent visit to VW Ruislip left us disheartened and questioning the principles of customer service. As young individuals within the 25-30 age range, my partner and I entered the dealership with hopes of discussing an upgrade from my Audi A1 to a potentially larger vehicle, such as the T-Roc.To our disappointment, upon arrival, no one greeted or approached us, leaving us feeling overlooked. We felt a distinct lack of attention and unwelcoming vibes from the staff. What added to our dismay, it was evident that others received preferential treatment while we were overlooked. The stark contrast in treatment raised concerns about whether our age played a role in the staff's indifference.Despite the lack of engagement, we continued to explore and discuss our car future independently. However, the overall atmosphere made it clear that this was not the dealership for us. We've decided to take our business elsewhere, choosing to continue our relationship with Audi at our regular dealership.Our experience at VW Ruislip was less about the cars and more about the disappointing customer service. We left displeased, but at least with a clear understanding of the true colours of the staff. I would not recommend this dealership, especially to young individuals, as our encounter suggests a significant gap in their approach to customer care.OUTCOME: I have collaborated with Citygate Ruislip during the investigation into my experience with them. I commend the sales manager for their prompt responses in attempting to address the issue. The sales manager has extended multiple apologies and offered a gesture of goodwill. The manager attributed the problem to laziness rather than discriminatory behavior and acknowledged the need for additional training among staff members to prevent a recurrence. Although I appreciate and accepted their apologies, the treatment I received has left a lingering dissatisfaction, and regrettably, I have chosen not to return to their services. I wish them luck with further sales and hope they take this experience as a learning opportunity to improve.
