After months of hoping my shoulder injury would clear up with rest, I was treated by Sacha (following a recommendation). After just two visits and several exercises/stretches I carried out at home my injury is noticeably improved and a third visit was not necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Sacha and only wish I lived nearer to her practice.

I have seen both Sacha and Jess over the last year for back and neck problems after car accident. I am so grateful to them both for making me feel so much better. They are both great. Highly recommend the practice, Ellie went through a course of exercises/treatments and within a month, in person/using the online custom designed exercise guidance, a partially torn rotator cuff was sorted with some 25 year old whiplash fixed as a bonus! Couldn't be happier.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Arundel Physio practice. After just a few appointments Sacha referred me to an orthopaedic surgeon and as such played a pivotal role in diagnosing my need for a hip replacement. Her after care was faultless and 6 months later I am leading a full and active life again. Sacha's intervention was timely and reassuring and I shall always be grateful for that.
