i loved it as my first time. i had really long hair so i was nervous that a haricut from a new hairsalon would be risky. i had brooke and she was lovely, she taught me how to style it in the future and took good care of my hair. i do not regret it at all and have sent my younger sister there aswell. the staff is lovely and the place inside is aesthetically pleasing. i almost fell asleep when they washed my hair. Was my first time here, was quite nervous as not had good experiences with other salons but was really happy with my haircut and have already rebooked to go back, would highly recommend to anyone. I was seen by Brooke who was lovely and friendly and really listened to what I was looking for. Looking forward to my next visit!

Had my first haircut here with Abi and I am very happy with the results. Cut my long hair into a nice choppy medium bob. We had a discussion on what I wanted, she offering her insights and delivered exactly that. She was lovely to chat with throughout the session as well. The place has a lovely vibe, they offered tea and coffee too. Will return in the future.

Today whas my first time at Urban hair and beauty.My hair whas done by Abi.I showed her a picture of the hair style I wanted.She cut it into a beautiful wavy bob and styled it,just as I wanted it.She also showed me how I can style it myself.Many thanks,I highly recommend this hair dresser.

Salon is very welcoming and isn’t overpriced! I get my hair cut by Andy, very lovely and understating, also gives great tips and advice about your hair. 100% recommend.
