Excellent communication and service throughout. From the moment I placed an enquiry I felt like I was given great advice on the size of unit for my needs and how the whole process works. Martin was extremely helpful on the phone and via email to sort out dates and access to the unit. Chris was super helpful on the phone as well. The unit itself was clean and ready to go. There is great security throughout the building and you are able to utilise the different sized trolleys they have available to help move your items in and out of the unit. If I need storage again in the future I will definitely use this facility 100%.

We needed storage for a couple of weeks, we found Torquay Storage very friendly and helpful, great prices and quick to reply back to emails and calls with any queries. Great secure facility for our things spacious storage. Highly recommend will be using them again in future if needs be.
