Tamas and Viktoria clean to a very high standard. They do not cut corners and they are careful and respectful of the property. They are reliable and very pleasant people with a strong work ethic. Their prices are highly competitive. I am delighted to have them to clean for me. They come for 12 hours per month and keep my house spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Not recommended. Not a professional business. Despite the fact I've been using them for weekly cleaning since January and being charged £20/hour for basic cleaning, a couple of weeks ago they didn't show up to their regular cleaning slot without any notice and stopped responding to my messages / calls. So essentially I've been 'ghosted' by Viktoria Cleaning! When I finally managed to get through to them from another number they said that they dropped me as a client because I cancelled too many times while I literally cancelled two times over 4 month period (with advanced notice) as I was going on holiday and wasn't even home. Really have no issue with the fact that they no longer want to work for me but have the common courtesy to say something or at least respond to messages so I can find someone else

Tamas and his team were fantastic when carrying out a builders clean for us. Communication was excellent, they were on time, and carried out all the works required to a high standard, despite parts still very much being building site! Made a huge difference and glad that we found them!

I can’t fault Tamas and Viktoria. They have been to me twice now and done an amazing job to a very high standard. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaner then I would definitely recommend them.

A weird experience. I booked them in, by calling Tomas, for a two person clean for a total of four hours each which was confirmed by sms. All seemed to be going well and Viktoria had done a good job cleaning the kitchen, while Tomas vacuumed the Lounge, Hall and kitchen and cleaned the skirting boards and wooden floor in the Hall and Kitchen. After two hours Tomas said that they were finished, stating that I had only booked for a total of 4 hours, Viktoria didn't seem happy and was still cleaning the hob. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms could be done next week said Tomas, not accepting my assertion that I had it confirmed that they would work for 8 hours, enough time to do most, if not all the house. They left. I then received a bill for 25% more than was agreed and appears on the website. The next morning I discovered the cleaned 2 year old toaster was not working. A coincidence? Maybe. I have since discovered that the chairs in the lounge had not been moved for cleaning behind, as Tomas had promised and dust was on the top of electric sockets and skirting boards. The skirtings also haven't been dusted/cleaned under radiators in the toilet, lounge or kitchen.On messaging Tomas he has replied that he won't come back. In a way I am glad, I will do a better and certainly more thorough job myself. I don't blame them for the toaster not working and Viktoria made a good job of cleaning the kitchen. However, to say that he had completed work that he hadn't touched, to pretend that I had only booked for 4 hours and to overcharge is disgraceful. I cannot recommend this company

I recommend this company very highly. Viktoriya and Tamas are highly conciencious and leave my home sparkling every time. The both have a lovely manner and I feel very confident about their honesty.I feel lucky to have found them before their schedule is full! They deserve to do really well for all the effort they put in.

Viktoria Cleaning were recommended to us by a kind neighbour and we are seriously impressed with their professional cleaning standards and their willingness to attend to every detail.
