I needed some help and advice on a turntable, amp and speakers, after deciding to dust off my old vinyl. I called the shop late afternoon on Friday and they managed to fit me in for a demo on Saturday afternoon.Clive was great to deal with, patiently changing set ups for me to ensure I got what worked for me.A pleasure to deal with.Edit:I had some speaker stands outstanding from my order, they were delayed from the supplier. Due to a breakdown in communication I went to collect them from the shop but they weren't open when they should have been. After waiting 35 minutes I couldn't wait any longer. Later in the morning Larry rang me, extremely apologetic and offering to put my stands in an Uber to me! I couldn't accept his offer, I didn't want them to waste money due to a minor inconvenience. Anyway, Larry drove the stands round to my house in the afternoon, when the shop shut. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them how they put it right.Tha is Larry and the team, hopefully see you soon.

I purchased a deviat phantom gold online from another seller and when it arrived it was damaged. I had major issues with PayPal and the seller saying it was in perfect working order when shipped. I took it to audio works and they did me a report and checked it over and found there is no way it could of happened in transport due to the length of damaged it had suffered. Anyway PayPal give me a full refund and can’t thank these guys enough, other audio shops fobbed me off. Brilliant layout inside the shop and top end audiophile equipment, highly recommend these guys!
