Portman Smile Clinic - Sittingbourne

The clinician my child saw, seemed to get irritated when we asked for information or clarification about the treatment, she spoke over me before I had even finished my sentence and treated me and my child with contempt. My daughter came out saying that she was really rude and had made her feel like she was stupid by using a passive aggressive sing song tone that comes across in a sarcastic way. The clinician may be busy and stressed but this is unprofessional and she should not get irritated with people if they don't understand straight away or ask for clarification about treatment. I ended up having to just walk out of the room as I was so shocked at her attitude. When I spoke to reception about it after they were really empathetic and apologised.

My son has just finished treatment for a brace, he is anxious and worried every visit, but the staff especially Menuka and Sam on reception were always kind and put him at ease. The service has always been fantastic, and any queries or change of appointment were dealt with very efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice.

Couldn't rate more highly.The staff are extremely polite, helpful and professional. The clinic is welcoming and spotlessly clean. We were given time to discuss options without feeling any rush or pressure. Easy parking nearby.

I have twins age 12. The staff there are amazing. Made the girls feel at ease at every appointment and explained everything they was doing at every step, very relaxing atmosphere, everything is spotless. Definitely would recommend going there .
