Ebenezer, Claire & James were incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process of purchasing our first house. We were always able to get in contact with them at the first time of trying over the phone, and our emails were always responded to incredibly quickly. Naturally, we were nervous at times due to being first time buyers, but the team always managed to put us at ease. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a conveyancer!

We wondered how it would all work selling during the pandemic but James and Ebenezer, assisted by Claire made it a simple process by email, phone and post. We were very impressed with their courteous and friendly manner which put us at ease. All our questions were dealt with promptly and efficiently. We are very happy to recommend them.

I went to Wolferstans because they were rated highly - but don’t be duped like I was! I initially connected with Steph Marsh and had a positive call and decided to progress… little did I know that was the only conversation we’d have as she was then in and out of holidays. While I appreciate it was the summer, it wasn’t made clear to me that she wouldn’t be around and that I’d be passed around to others.I was passed to James Twine and Mara Cunha. There was apparently a handover but it felt like they weren’t clear on the background so I ended up having to rekindle discussions and push forward on my own. Mara was responsive and helpful yet James needed to be chased and despite my asking never wanted to engage in a conversation. I ended up having to source other partner emails to plead for help or call out his lack of support / engagement.All in all a terrible experience with Wolferstans and I wouldn’t recommend them if you need legal advice or agility! They are looking to simply sign a piece of paper, take your money and provide none or very little support! I personally felt incredibly exposed and under represented by them! Do yourself a favour and stay clear!

Recently used Wolferstans to conveyance a complex house purchase. Tishka Chapman handled the process. She was on hand every step of the way and was absolutely brilliant. She was excellent at keeping in touch and kept updating me throughout. She went out of her way to respond promptly, even at weekends. I am so impressed at how hard both her and the team worked, they really did make the process run smoothly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again in the future (not that I’ll need to now that I’m finally settled in our forever home!). Huge thanks, especially to Tishka for her patience and professionalism.

The worst solicitors I have ever had represent me. Did not protect me or advise me well at all. Constantly leaving me in the dark and I even question now whose side they were on several times. If it was left to these solicitors they would have paid the other party £5,000 more than they were willing to accept.
