Michelle is a wonderful member of staff. She has helped us twice now in the last couple of weeks Once when my husband needed a new passport. So helpful. Explained the whole process and filled all the details in for us. Today I went in to ask about a photo to be put on a wooden block for a gift, she is extremely professional and polite. Needs a huge well done from her team.

First time that I have tried to print photos from my phone, was having problems trying to do it.Mark the assistant came to my assistance, he could not have been more helpful explaining and showing me how to work the machine, which was having problems with the store WiFi. Though busy he tended all the customers with their enquiries in a efficient manner.A credit to your company .

We asked for passport photos in digital form, which they emailed them to us but they didn't work, they wouldn't pass the requirements of the visa platform. We told them, they couldn't fix the issue, so we asked for a refund since the photos were not suitable for what we asked for. They refused and said the printed ones were fine.Also, on the same day, I asked for a nice headshot, and the lady just shoot a couple of photos, never showed them to me, they were terrible but still got charged. So, £45 pounds down the drain. I'd stay away next time.

Went for passport help. Photos taken and forms filled in quickly. Old passports posted for us. Member of staff very pleasant and efficient.

Staff were brilliant, very informative, have a wide selection of birds and great value, they have a little café.... had a hot dog with onions and a big cup of coffee well worth the money, will definitely be going again.
