My mother moved here just over a year ago and we are all very satisfied. This is a very good care home.

It is like being at home the staff are so friendly and go out of there way to be helpful.The food is good and plenty of it

A perfect environment our cousin has been there for 5 months and they are caring and welcoming, they have gone out of their way to make her at home and treat her visitors in the same way

Have a relative living at Gracewell and she is happy to be there. Spotless interior, beautifully maintained.

My mother-in-law has been staying at Gracewell since Christmas 2014. She went to live there with her husband who needed nursing care, but has chosen to stay on as she prefers to live there than to cope on her own since he died. The nursing care, care of our family when my father in law died, and my mother-in-law's care have been excellent. The only problem has been that the company in overall control have not been very efficient at the billing process which would have been worrying had we not been in a position to resolve it for them. It is also hard to get through to staff at the weekendOtherwise, it is excellent - comfortable, impeccably clean and with very caring staff.

Lovely.Kind, knowledgeable, trained and caring staff. Nice and clean new building which is large and bright.I want to go there when I'm too old.

I'm very positive about Kentford Manor. It's a clean well-furnished home with friendly staff who have forged a real connection with mum. I feel reassured that she is in the best possible place given her age and needs.
