I had a bad experience today with a customer service assistant (old lady). She never said “hi” when I enter and never said “thank you”. she is not to smile even when I smile to her. Also she was rude with me. I spend more than £60 and I left some items at the till which I don’t want it. Also she was not happy about it and asked do you want to leave it like these? I was felt really bad. I seen that she was answering to other English man nicely. I’m coming here for more than 2 years and never had any issues like this. We are customers and we only expecting a good customer service from your staffs. Hopefully I’m not going to go here in future.

This store is very local to me and I get every day food readily and is reasonably cheap. It is comparatively a smaller store so easily get crowded. Staff are nice and helpful.

Not busy. Well stocked, so quick shop & out again. Don't like self service tills so will only back in an emergency. Shame.
