Got in touch to obtain advice on my current boiler fault (fear that it is unsafe given its age) and get a quotation for a new boiler. Disappointed that after several emails back and forth they admitted they don't have time to take on new customers despite asking for details about our issue and what we are looking for. They also tried to suggest the best they could offer was to schedule a survey for over three weeks time but reserved the right to cancel short notice for other jobs. Time wasters, difficult to deal with and unhelpful. Don't waste your time, try elsewhere if you are without heating/hot water.

It is rare to find a company that is honest with their pricing and turn up when they say they will! We needed a full upgrade of our central and hot water system, and Boundary heating delivered an excellent service that can't be faulted. They know what they are talking about and we are very happy with the modern up to date system we have now.

Great professional service delivered quickly and efficiently on a Saturday after leaving a voicemail on Friday night.Initially thought the fault was with the boiler however it was cracked pipes underneath the boiler cupboard. These were replaced quickly. Excellent service.
