Not impressed. Reasonable atmosphere but very very expensive and as a result quiet. Ordered a large Jack and coke and was charged London prices but didn't even offer me coke just poured £1.10 for a dash of pepsi. The facilities are tired and certainly would benefit from a detailed clean if a refurbishment is not feasible. This could be a very nice pub if the prices were more reasonable which would draw in more people and improve the atmosphere.

Great place for fish and chips!! We really enjoyed the drinks and the food. Can't wait to return and try all the desserts!

We enjoyed a nice family meal with live music. The steak was done to perfection and the ale is good. It's nice to get portions that can be finished - some places now seem to think that a good plate has to to be overflowing.The prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly.Updated.

Amazing pub definitely not a drug den as before.Everyone sees this place and knows it’s a safe house. Great beers and prices well!Always my local on a night out!

Its an nice pub just an shame the landlord starts fights in his own pub and gets of his face on coke. I got kicked out for breaking an fight up in the beer garden because of i kicked the landlord out his own pub not knowing hes the landlord. I definitely think he shouldn't have his license to be an landlord

Nice quaint place to come to where you can get a decent meal and a delicious pint of ale. The facility itself is very well designed and the overall feel inside is very vintage England. They have an outside area to hang out when the weather is nice. The food is good overall too. The sticky toffee is amazing and the ice cream is fantastic. Beers here are very affordable and they sport a nice selection and variety of brews. I'd definitely recommend if you're in Huntingdon

Highly recommend the HPA ale. Great flavor, light and delicious.The food, all I can say is, it is BRILLIANT at the basics. Every dish I’ve had has been so flavorful.10/10 would recommend. Just don’t make the place too crowded. I like not having to make reservations

Junky looking land lord playing the fruit machine unable to provide change for purchased drinks. Disgraceful.Served me doubles when I genuinely can’t afford to pay £28 for three drinks. When I questioned it the guy with the open sores on his hands and face, shaking from the blatant fix he was craving, said I was wrong. Me, the customer, wrong.Sooner this place is under new management the better. Horrid experience.

Popped in for a drink on our walk. Under new management, was made very welcome with Alec. Came out into beer garden to see if we needed more drinks. Help give us directions and filled up my water bottle as it was very hot out. Would definitely recommend
