Very thorough check up after not being seen by a dentist in a few years due to covid. Very clear advice and information and a good denplan option to pay as you go for checkups and hygienist appointments.

Finding a good dentist when you move house can be a challenge, especially when you care very much about the health of your teeth as I do. I have been absolutely delighted with Dynamic Dental Studio. Their professionalism, skills and kindness have been terrific. Full marks!

Thank you Michelle & team! My 94 year old Mum received 5* treatment yesterday using an innovative procedure which will save her teeth and avoid dentures, I understand not offered by many dentists. Mum is over the moon with her newly cleaned retained teeth and caring treatment!!

I have 2 bones of contention:-1. I pay monthly payments to the practise via Denplan for my wife & I which includes 2 x check ups (20 min slot) & 2 x hygienists (30 min slot) appointments per year. Due to the hygienist Aubrey leaving this 6 monthly check up & hygienist appointment was condensed into 1 x 17 min slot? I understand people change jobs, but the treatment received is not according to contract so where is the compensation for this (credit note?).2. Despite flagging up the low seating level of the 3 x sofas in reception with some suggestions on how to improve it some time ago in a previous feedback which is important to the practise"?? My recent visit identified absolutely nothing has been done about it. Your staff only have to look at where people sit when waiting (especially older) it's the higher chairs. I asked other patients during my visit about this & they agreed sofa seating us too low & they prefer the chairs. I talked to reception about this on my exit & they confirmed they had received some similar complaints so if you really value & respect your patients the I suggest you treat this as a priority.Please could someone contact me from the practise to discuss the above issues."

I found Tomaz video about Poland very relaxing to watch it would have been nice to have relaxing music to go with it. My visit to Hayley the hygienist went well there was no music playing but a nice picture of where's Wally on the ceiling. Thank you for making my visit relaxing. Grace Rogers

Visited today 22-11-23 regarding a molar issue, after seeing a specialist in Norwich last week. Tomasz explained the options clearly, but unfortunately, due to a cracked root, molar has to come out in due time. Just hope it will survive till the New Year...

Everyone smiles and is very friendly, always a nice welcome. Plenty of appointment reminders and all seems to run very efficiently.I never thought going to the dentist could be such a pleasant experience.

A very pleasant hygienist appointment thanks to Pippa who was lovely. She put me at ease straight away and communicated procedures well throughout the treatment. I was given ideas to improve the cleaning of my teeth moving forwards. All very positive. Highly recommend.

i’ve had a lovely experience from dynamic dental studio, i first had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist Aubrey who done a fantastic job and really educated me in a way the a nhs dentist never had before. I then enquired about a brace with Michelle and decided to go ahead and have one. i’m awaiting this treatment but since this appointment i have bought my children to have their teeth done and my grandmother. The environment is very relaxed and the staff are lovely!
