Ok experience but rang the bell for assistance, man walked towards us but went to talk to colleagues we had to press the button again, he said he didn't know we were there!!

The service in the distribution centre does not match the in store service. Went there to pick up a table was told to wait outside for 10 minutes. 30 mins later still waiting. 1 hour later still waiting. Asked how long, the guy said he’d get in it now. Meanwhile every other customer who came after me has long gone with their stuff. Finally told the product couldn’t be found. Awful service
